Since 2009, Paul Mankin has been advocating on behalf of clients against predatory and unscrupulous practices by big insurance companies, creditors, and more. His passion for helping consumers understand their rights was first born when he externed for two bankruptcy court judges while at Whittier Law School, then while working at a Personal Injury Firm in Beverly Hills. Seeing firsthand the vicious cycle of illegal harassment by creditors and insurance companies that forces countless individuals into bankruptcy, he started his own firm with the sole purpose of advocating for victims of these unethical practices, and helping them find justice, monetary reimbursement, and closure.
