Joseph, a Scottsdale, Arizona native, earned his undergraduate B.A. in Spanish Literature with a minor in Portuguese from Arizona State University. After graduating, he began his career in supply-chain management before transitioning to law school at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated with Honors. In 2019, Joseph began practicing as an attorney with the Law Office of Paul Mankin, following his tenure as a post-bar law clerk and paralegal with the firm since 2017.
Since then, he has passionately advocated for consumers, tenants, debtors, and families, handling a wide range of legal matters from prelitigation to various trial stages. After gaining significant trial and litigation experience during a multi-year shift to California Family Law, Joseph returned as a Partner at the Law Office of Paul Mankin. He continues to champion the rights of consumers, tenants, and injured individuals, focusing on complex claims involving dealerships, lenders, banks, manufacturers, and neglectful landlords. Joseph remains deeply committed to advocating for and representing the average person in their most challenging legal battles.
