Stefanie Lawley
Senior Paralegal
Stephanie has a degree in Management from Purdue University, that transitioned into getting her paralegal certification. She has been a paralegal since 2006, specializing in mass torts. She has been with the Law Office of Paul Mankin, APC since March 2019.
Stephanie is a senior paralegal and a jack of all trades when it comes to mass torts, but she specializes in settlements, case management, case filings, pleadings, and discovery. With her years of experience, she is extremely familiar with the mass tort procedures and the uniqueness of this type of law.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves to bake and share her creations with friends and family. She is a movie/TV/Book junkie and goes to Comic-Con every year. She LOVES animals, even though she is allergic to most, but does whatever she can to be around them. The beach is also her happy place. If she needs to decompress, she usually bakes or goes to the beach and reads.
What motivates Stephanie is knowing that she helped someone who is struggling. She transitioned from management to the legal field because she wanted to feel like she made a difference. She wants to know that she helped make the team work as a cohesive unit to meet the firm’s goals and that she was able to assist in any way possible, but also make sure to create an environment where it’s possible to work together in a positive and respectful way.
