A closer look
Paul has been advocating for consumers since 2009. He grew up watching how easily ordinary people can be pushed around by companies that assume nobody will push back — and he has spent his career proving that assumption wrong.
His interest in this work began in law school, when he externed for two bankruptcy court judges and saw families arrive in court after months of harassment from creditors and insurers. Later, working at a personal injury firm in Beverly Hills, he watched the same pattern repeat. Eventually he decided the only honest response was to open a firm whose only job was to stand on the other side of that pattern.
Today he leads a small, deliberate team out of San Diego, handling consumer protection, personal injury, and product liability cases for clients across the country. Every first call is still with him.
