With over 15 years of experience in sales, lead generation, and call center operations, I have built a reputation for driving performance through strategic leadership and exceptional customer engagement. My expertise spans a wide range of functions including copywriting, virtual assisting, intake, and project management.
I am passionate about ensuring that every interaction with potential clients is not only assertive and goal-driven but also rooted in active listening and empathy. I firmly believe that the success of any business lies in its ability to build trust through genuine care for its clients. As I often say, “A client does not care what you know if you don’t care about the client.”
In my current role, I manage both inbound and outbound call operations. I am deeply involved in expanding call center operations, designing key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing training programs for agents. My approach ensures that potential clients feel valued, building trust and setting the stage for long-term relationships.
Outside of my professional career, I have a strong passion for mental health and addiction recovery. As a former Director of Treatment for adults and adolescents, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and individuals living with HIV/AIDS, tailoring treatment plans to their unique psychological and emotional needs.
What motivates me the most in my work is the opportunity to make meaningful connections with clients and guide them through processes that can significantly impact their lives. Whether it’s in a sales-driven environment or law firm intake, I believe that understanding and genuinely caring about the client’s needs is pivotal. This drives me to ensure that every interaction promotes a customer-centered experience where both sides are working towards a shared goal.
