Gustavo is a versatile professional with a strong background in IT and Project Management, complemented by four years of experience as a paralegal in both Mass Torts and Civil Litigation.
His technical expertise and legal knowledge enables him to handle complex tasks efficiently, from managing large-scale projects to navigating intricate legal processes. With a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, he excels at streamlining workflows and integrating solutions across various disciplines.
Within the team, Gustavo specializes in Mass Tort Case Management and serves as the team expert on Smart Advocate, the company’s case management tool. Additionally, he takes on the role of IT Specialist and lead our Outsourcing Customer Service Team, while also fulfilling paralegal responsibilities.
Outside of work, Gustavo is passionate about fitness and enjoys activities such as working out at the gym, boxing, and playing video games. He is always motivated to learn something new and is excited to help support the growth at the Law Office of Paul Mankin.
